Académie Immo Estimator is a web application for indicative property valuation. It relies on public data (including French DVF open data), geocoding, AI models (e.g. Perplexity when configured), and a local fallback engine. It is part of the toolkit offered by Académie Immo.

The software: The code, design, and branding of Académie Immo Estimator are the publisher’s property and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Académie Immo Estimator is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of estimate accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability.
The publisher shall not be liable for:
The publisher's liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months, with a maximum cap of 100 euros, all causes combined.
By the user: You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe customer portal accessible in your account area.
By the publisher: In case of breach of these Terms, the publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete the user account without notice or refund.
The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email of significant changes with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.

In the absence of an amicable resolution, any dispute will be submitted to the competent French courts (Paris Court).
