When using Académie Immo Estimator, we may process:

Account data: Email address (magic-link sign-in, Pro account)
Estimate form data: Address, postal code, city, and property attributes sent to compute the estimate
Usage data: IP address, browser, pages visited, technical request identifiers
Usage counters (free tier): Daily estimate count per client id (stored in database)
Payment data: Handled by Stripe — we do not store card numbers

The estimate result is returned to your browser; we do not keep a detailed history of each estimate in a dedicated database for that purpose, subject to technical logs and legal obligations.

4. Purpose of Processing

Your data is used to:

Geocode the address and determine the market area
Compute an indicative valuation (Perplexity AI if configured, otherwise local engine)
Show €/m² references from public DVF data
Manage account, authentication, and Pro subscription
Apply the free tier limit (3 estimates/day) and prevent abuse
Send transactional emails (login codes, confirmations)
Ensure security, maintenance, and legal compliance

5. Legal Basis for Processing

Contract performance: Providing the estimator and subscription
Consent: Where applicable, non-essential cookies or marketing communications
Legal obligation: Billing, accounting
Legitimate interest: Security, fraud prevention, usage limits

6. Data Retention
